Rocky Mountain Land Library

The goal of this project was to create a home for the Rocky Mountain Land Library at the historic Buffalo Peaks Ranch.  A request of the client was that there be no new structures built on the land.  Thus, required program was fit into the existing buildings on the ranch.

The property is not listed on the National Register, but the client wanted to keep the possibility of designation open.  As such, the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards were followed as much as possible.
